Bi-Weekly Plan
$100/month
Includes 2 scheduled visits per month.
Weekly Plan

Includes 4 scheduled visits per month.
Additional services
- Post-storm or urgent check: from $85 per visit
- Unscheduled extra visit: from $95 per visit
- Vendor access / waiting time: $40 per hour

- Key pickup or return, if needed: $15 each way
Important: Standard pricing applies to typical homes and condos within the Sleek Home service area. A custom quote may be needed for larger homes, multiple buildings, extensive lanais, pool areas, garages, detailed checklists, or requests requiring significantly more time or responsibility.
